Quranic Healing & Protection from Envy (Hasad)
Verses describing Quranic healing and mercy in general; not claiming specific exclusivity.
Say, 'I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak From the evil of that which He created, And from the evil of darkness when it settles, And from the evil of the blowers in knots, And from the evil of an envier when he envies.'
Say, 'I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, The Sovereign of mankind, The God of mankind, From the evil of the retreating whisperer - Who whispers into the breasts of mankind - From among the jinn and mankind.'
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'The evil eye is a fact, and if there were anything to outstrip the divine decree, it would be the evil eye. And when you are asked to wash (to cure someone afflicted), then wash.'
How to Perform / When to Recite
Recite Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas attentively during morning and evening adhkar and when encountering people. Whenever witnessing blessings upon yourself or others, say 'Masha'Allah TabarakAllah' and supplicate for divine barakah.
Important Safety Note: Ruqyah is a means of seeking Allah's protection and healing; it does not replace medical care. Never hang amulets or go to fortune-tellers/sorcerers.
